Other than podcasting, Russel’s very favourite thing is making cookbooks. He’s worked on 26 of them. At last count, 7 of those were best-sellers, so he has some skills. His expertise spans creative direction, styling, photography, content writing, recipe editing and print production. 

He can manage projects from concept to final delivery, overseeing the creative process and the nuts and bolts of business on the print floor. His deep understanding of food and the production process ensure each project is visually stunning, hitting the shelf at a price-point that makes sense to both author and consumer.
